Make sure you watch the video tutorial prior to sending images.

When sending Images (standard Order)

This video has 12 slots for images. Select 12 high resolution images taken as portrait/horizontal so it fits the video display. Number each image files from 1-12 so we know which images to replace. Image 1 will be the first image of video and image 12 will be the last. If you send images that are taken vertically (by a cell phone/tab) there will be a black border on two sides of the image. NOTE: 2 Image slots are reserved to identify your companies key contributors/leaders or executives.

When Sending Your Logo (Standard & Premium Orders)

Make sure you send us a high resolution PNG image (clear background). Attach the image and name the image as logo. We won’t be able to make an effective logo animation OR a logo intro without a high resolution PNG image.

When sending Videos (premium order)

This video has 12 slots for videos. Select 12 high definition videos taken as portrait/horizontal so it fits the video display. Number each video files from 1-12 so we know which video to place in order of appearance. Each video segment should be eight (8) seconds long. If you send videos that are taken vertically (by a cell phone/tab) there will be a black border on two sides of the video. If you don’t have enough videos, you could always mix videos and images. Just make sure to number them all in order of appearance.  NOTE: 2 Image slots are reserved to identify your companies key contributors/leaders or executives.

Text Color (premium order)

If you have a specific text color, let us know the color code for it. If you do not know to send color codes take an image of the color of the text you want and send us that image. Name that image as “color”. If you don’t have an idea of text colors, go with the current text colors of the video.

When sending Text (written in word file, to be attached when sending Images or videos when placing an order)

Each image/video is displayed between 5-6 seconds. This is where your text goes. Make sure to send short sentences (no more than 6 words) to highlight and compliment the images and videos.
